As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Administrator – Recruitment and Onboarding to join our team and play a crucial role in the recruitment and onboarding processes.


About the role:

As a HR Administrator - recruitment and onboarding, you will play a crucial role in managing end-to-end recruitment process, from attracting to sourcing candidates to screening, conducting interviews and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. Collaborating closely with managers, your responsibility will be to ensure the selection of the most qualified candidates who align with our company culture and values.


Location : Newbridge, Co. Kildare


Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize ATS to source and screen potential candidates based on staffing needs.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for general recruitment and onboarding queries from candidates, line managers, and existing employees.

  • Conduct the full range of recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

  • Proactively source candidates and build talent pools for future hiring needs.

  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability and conduct interviews as needed.

  • Communicate effectively with managers and candidates, ensuring that the process is conducted in a timely manner with a focus on quality and

    efficiency.

  • Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new hires.

  • Ensure completion of all necessary paperwork and documentation, maintaining audit records and compliance with relevant employment laws and

    regulations.

  • Collaborate with the team and HR Manager to discuss relevant recruitment strategies.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team and develop the Employer Brand as a strategic tool to attract, recruit, and retain talent.

  • Work closely with managers to comprehend recruitment needs and requirements.

  • Utilize recruitment marketing to showcase our employer value propositions and enhance our employer brand.

  • Continuously review, update, and enhance processes to increase efficiency and improve candidate responses, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement.

  • General administration and any other relevant duties that may be assigned by your manager.

 

Experience and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Proven experience as an HR Administrator, with a focus on recruitment and onboarding.

  • Proficient administrative and IT skills, with a strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite

  • Previous experience in creating and managing databases, including ATS and HRIS is essential

  • Preferred background in working within a compliance-led environment would be beneficial

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Team player and collaborative approach

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and planning skills

  • Ability to manage deadlines and to prioritize various commitments

  • Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
